Welcome to 877bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and 877bet ("we", "us", "the platform"). To register and use 877bet you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

Funds deposited on an account later found to belong to a person under 18 will be returned to the original payment source without any winnings attached.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one 877bet account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a variation of your name, a family member's details, or any fictitious identity – is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Any information you provide that is found to be false or misleading may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from 877bet:

• Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on your account, subject to availability and platform policy at the time of the request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on 877bet is Rs 500 per transaction.

By placing a bet on 877bet you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference number issued, the stake cannot be withdrawn or modified by the player. 877bet will not cancel accepted bets at a player's request except in circumstances covered by the specific event cancellation or void policy outlined below.

The minimum bet stake on 877bet varies by market but is generally Rs 50 for virtual sports markets and Rs 100 for sports and casino markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market type, event and current liquidity conditions and will be displayed at the time of bet placement. 877bet reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where irregular or suspicious betting behaviour is identified.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any point if the data feed for an event is temporarily unavailable or if 877bet determines there is a risk of misprice. A suspended market will either resume when normal data feed conditions are restored or be closed without accepting further bets for that event period.

• Bets are void if the event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold for that sport has been met, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• Bets on events where the result is already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned, regardless of the selection outcome.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds being offered, 877bet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to player accounts.
• All results displayed by 877bet are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body. Subsequent amendments to official results (e.g. by disciplinary action) do not change the 877bet settlement outcome unless 877bet explicitly states otherwise.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. A voided selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator by that leg and recalculates the total odds.

PSL betting on 877bet is subject to Pakistan Super League official match rules. Cricket match bets in formats with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applied will be settled using the revised target as the match result where applicable.

877bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to the first deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet offers and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time it is claimed.

The following general rules apply to all 877bet bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds credited to your 877bet account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for most 877bet bonuses is 10x the bonus amount, applied to sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• 877bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to cover losses that reduce your real-money balance below zero. If your real-money balance reaches zero, bonus funds become active automatically according to the standard bonus fund activation rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 877bet. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on 877bet, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or malfunctions in the 877bet platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from known technical errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Systematic or automated betting methods designed to exploit promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes.

You are permitted to access and display 877bet content on your personal device for your own personal non-commercial use in connection with using the platform as intended. Screen scraping, data harvesting, automated access to odds data, or any commercial use of 877bet content is strictly prohibited without a separate written agreement with 877bet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In any event, 877bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's 877bet account at the time the relevant event occurred.

877bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point during their use of the platform.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards 877bet staff or other users of the platform.
• Keeping the account open would expose 877bet to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 877bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, 877bet will return the verified account balance to the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed for withdrawal. Players closing their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply requesting account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
